These truffles are made with a dark chocolate that’s combined with cream, butter and a deliciously sweet and tart raspberry rhubarb jam that I found on my travels to Upstate NY. The jam comes from a small family owned fruit and flower farm called Hurd Orchards.
Seasonal – look for them again in Summer 2012.
